Accept uncertainties and Move on

Every day I wake up with uncertainty hovering over my head. I wonder how I could rid myself of this unwelcome guest.

If you want change in your life, you must open the door to Uncertainty.  Uncertainty is actually the guy that’ll introduce you to Future.

Oh, and that guy Anxiety? Don’t listen to a thing he says; better yet, tell him he’s not welcome and slam the door in his face.

And remember, you’ll be okay.

You don’t think in depression that you’ve put on a gray veil and are seeing the world through the haze of a bad mood. You think that the veil has been taken away, the veil of happiness, and that now you’re seeing truly.”

This sums up exactly how I felt. I needed others to have hope for me when I didn’t have any. I was lucky to have a great support network of family, friends, and professionals. I had a doctor and an amazing therapist who helped a lot.

You are deeply depressed, you may think you are just putting an end to your suffering by ending your life, but you are actually just passing it on to the people who know and love you. It is estimated that fifteen to thirty people are severely affected by each person’s suicide. They are left with questions of “What did I do wrong?” “What did I miss?” “What could I have done?” The people left behind are also at a higher risk of suicide.

This is painful to hear when you are desperate for an escape. I don’t mean to guilt trip anyone. But instead of passing on this pain to others you could try and channel it into something positive. Even if that is just your own recovery and survival.

Some of the greatest creatives and altruists are people who have known deep pain. It was their experiences that prepared them and allowed them to create something good in the world. We are all going to die eventually, so if you do nothing else in this life, do your best with all the years life gives you.

Uncertainties are always coming in to our life it is a just a symbol of anxiety so don't bothered about that... We just play with them and break it..
Therefore don't upset and suffering it..

Life is a full of miracles one day happy another day problems so it is a network therefore don't bothered and care it..

I began talking myself out of the crippling anxiety and came up with a list of positive messages to counter the worry:

1. You are intelligent; you make good choices. You always have. Look at all your past achievements. They are tangible proof.

2. Trust yourself. You’ll make it.

3. Change is better than going back to where you were before.

4. Release your power over things if you want them to evolve.

5. Go ahead, analyze your situation, but leave many margins for error.

6. Take a break sometimes and focus your mind on other things that have absolutely nothing to do with your decisions.

7. If you don’t know the right path, just start swimming in the right direction. The river will eventually take you there.

8. Adaptability what may happens.

U just go what your mind is said.. don't be feeling anything from anyone.. it's not a matter when we feeling it then our all potentially are come to down. We faced so many people and interacting with them sometimes our beloved ones are giving most worst feeling so that one is hurting our heart... This is reality everyone is not permanent In this world... Changes is always coming in to our life therefore move on what may happen in this world and ready to face them with good smile.

Be clear with what you are thinking and feeling. There is a big difference between feeling that you don’t want to be alive sometimes and planning to end your life. It’s all important and it’s okay to talk about it. If the first person doesn’t respond well, that’s okay; tell someone else. There are good people out there.

Be a man always strong and focus on the world. In this world no one is permanent.
Accept Uncertainty and don't be upset what happens tommorow so it will helps to grow our life and succeed our dream.

         Thank you
