knowing what motivates you is very important for your personal growth.
If you have any goals you want to achieve in your life, it’s likely that they require effort, and you’re going to need to know how to get yourself to act in a way that moves towards them.
I faces many stuggles in my life sometimes I feel this is end of my life and thinking about how to get up by this problem. When I am talking to friends and watching videos then I feel more better because they give me positive energy and how to solve my problem. Nobody is in this world perfect all ones facing so many problems rejections etc so we don't feel negative thought because it's just a part of our life and fighting with them and destroy all problems. This mindset is important thing in our life to achieve the goal .
Firstly Put yourself in different situations
If you have been stuck in the same routine for years on end, then you can never really know your motivations. This is because we become driven by habit, and we may not be venturing far enough outside of our comfort zone to even allow our motivations to come forth. By putting yourself in different situations, you can find where your limits are, and you can see what kind of thoughts and rewards will give you an extra boost when you are under stress and strain.
When you are stuck on your life issues then you have stress about it nobody care about your personal so you went to down back . This situation u must be want motivated from outside.. There are several things had helps to motivating our career and PERSONAL development which are

* Listening motivational videos
This seems like a strange point to put in here, but there is good reasoning behind it. When we read motivational quotes, certain phrases may resonate with us. The reason this is, is because they are aligned with our own motivations, or at least those to which we aspire. Reading motivational quotes, therefore, has the two-fold advantage of giving us motivation and allowing us a peek inside our own mind to know what is motivating us.
How to Find Motivation
Your goal/s should be enough motivation for you already however, sometimes when our goal/s takes a lot of time to materialize or even seem impossible to happen as we planned—we lost our hope. In times like these, we need to motivate ourselves to remind us that giving up on our dreams would lead us nowhere, rather, we need to assess what we’ve been doing wrong and analyse if everything else is still in alignment with our goals.
To know what is motivating you, you need to first know who you are. Three ways to get to know yourself are by journaling, through meditation, and by asking other people. Journal about your past, present, and future, and try and see what actions and values have remains consistent over time. Meditation will reveal your motivations as your mind slows down and you get a closer look at your thoughts. Finally, don’t underestimate the power of asking others about what they believe motivates you. We tend to be slightly blinded by our own self-perception, whereas others can see how we are acting and may be able to deduce why.
You want to achieve something then you must be motivating yourself. Life is a dynamic one it is changed to repeatedly happiness sad emotion feelings hurt which are comes to our life so we should be always focus on our career. The motivation is a important thing in our life it will helps to control our feelings and fight it and destroy and made a good person.
Eg :
I am studying in college when they conducted a seminar all students are participating the seminar but I have a nervous to facing the audience.. I don't know why I nervoused when I told to my friend then she give me full of support and energy. When I feel I can ..... Then I go to front of stage and participated. When I realized everybody want to motivation of their life because we have little nervous to face anything that nervous kill our all good things. So any thing we ready to do then automatically inside our heart tell me I am the super man in the world so this word help to achieve our goal and career.
Main thing is when we feel upset then firstly go to listening motivational videos and quotes. I am sure it will be entire change of our life.

This sums up exactly how I felt. I needed others to have hope for me when I didn’t have any. I was lucky to have a great support network of family, friends, and professionals. I had a doctor and an amazing therapist who helped a lot.
honesty is the best policy, well, when it comes to seeing what motivates you, this is absolutely true. It’s easy for us to claim that we are being motivated by our highest values, whereas in reality, it’s probably a mixture of many of our ideals.
Be clear with what you are thinking and feeling. There is a big difference between feeling that you don’t want to be alive sometimes and planning to end your life. It’s all important and it’s okay to talk about it. If the first person doesn’t respond well, that’s okay; tell someone else. There are good people out there.
Who motivate our life
There are several one have motivating our life in certain situations. But sometimes we are not accept their words. I think they say their opinion we just accept or not it's all our interest. But we must be listen their words. It's not a word sometimes it's their experience so hear their words and finally thinking it's good or bad when we feel and get answer about the problem. Then take a decision about the problem.
So we always thinking the word myself is only one to motivating my career.
